lead out to a spacious covered terrace – a lovely outdoor dining area

area with stone sink, gas BBQ, traditional BBQ and pizza oven. A wrought
iron gates opens to a couple of steps which lead down to the pool terrace
and a beautiful 10x6 metre pool with teak pool loungers and sun umbrella.
The garden is flat laid out as lawn planted with fruit and palm trees with
plenty of room for children to run around and kick a ball. Accessed via a
private gate, the garden is completed enclosed with on-site parking for up
to 3 cars.
Location
Located down a small residential road in a pleasant, peaceful district of
Vence, the villa is just a few minutes drive into the historic heart of
this colourful, medieval town. Famed for its artistic heritage and full of
all flavours of restaurants, street cafes, galleries and shops, Vence
comes alive in the summer with the renowned summer Festival of Jazz with
live concerts from international names held in the open air town square,
fringed by wide pavement restaurants shaded by plane trees.
